Irem Unlu Demir is a London-based global executive, board-level advisor, and deal-maker with decades of leadership experience across the power and energy sectors. She is recognised for turning strategic ambition into commercial reality, particularly in global sales expansion, international market entry, and high-value M&A execution.

Over her career at Shell and Koç Group, she has delivered transformative growth across multiple continents—leading large-scale sales organisations, building enterprise partnerships with major OEMs, and doubling profitability in complex B2B environments.

Irem has designed and scaled strategic sales engines, entered new markets with precision, and driven impact through disciplined execution and cross-cultural fluency. She has also led some of the sector’s most significant transactions, shaping joint ventures, negotiating multi-party deals, and overseeing end-to-end M&A processes from origination to post-deal integration.
